We ship fast — because waiting around isn't exactly a wellness habit.
Orders placed before 3pm ET ship the same day. After 3pm? First thing next morning.
Most orders land on your doorstep within 2–5 business days. We don't ship on weekends, but we make up for it Monday through Friday.
