We offer a 30-day refund policy for your first order, allowing you to try ZUMS with complete confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you've placed with ZUMS.

If your refund request is accepted, we'll process a full refund back to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back to us — we trust you.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Exceptions

We're unable to accept returns on opened perishable goods, sale items, or gift cards. Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ask — we're happy to help.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges with no handling fee. If you're swapping for a higher-value product, the price difference will apply.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the European Union can be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know if it's been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Subscriptions can be managed anytime through your account portal — pause, skip, or cancel in just a few clicks.
